I gotta say, Bozard Ford absolutely knocked it out of the park when I got my Mustang Mach-E last August. I’ve been buying cars for 20 years, and their sales team was hands-down the most honest and upfront I’ve ever dealt with. They got me an awesome lease deal, I was waiting for the catch, but there wasn’t one! No hidden fees, no pushy vibes, just a smooth and chill process from start to finish. But the real reason I’m giving them 5 stars is their service team, especially Travis, who deserves a huge shoutout. Earlier this year, my 2024 Mach-E needed a repaint due to some known issues. It wasn’t a quick fix, taking about two months, but Travis kept me in the loop the whole time. I’m talking updates two or three times a week without me ever having to ask. That kind of care made the wait no big deal at all. Honestly, between the fantastic lease deal and the amazing service after the sale, I’m not going anywhere else for my Ford needs. If you’re in North Florida, you’ve gotta check out Bozard Ford. Big thanks to the whole team for making this such a great experience!

Bozard Ford is awesome! I had been looking at used trucks from all over the country for two months. I found one at Bozard and went up there to look and drive it. I was met by a young salesman (Larry Travis), whom had already pulled the truck up front for me to inspect. We went for a test drive, during which Mr. Travis pointed out many of the trucks features, as well as some added benefits of buying from Bozard. In the end, I ended up purchasing the vehicle from Bozard and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Larry!

This was my 2nd purchase through Bozard Ford-Lincoln. There are two types of dealers: The first is the dealer that’s all dog and pony shows. They force you to show up, make a bunch of vague promises on price, wastes your time, and it reinforces your belief that dealerships suck. The second is the dealer that’s transparent, does everything in their power on price, moves a ton of inventory, and gives it to you straight. Bozard Ford is the latter. Larry Travis was transparent, accommodating, and made this the fastest car buying experience ever. This dealer is the reason why I drove 3 hours away to give them my business, twice! I’m extremely happy with my 2025 Explorer and highly recommend to at least give their vehicles a chance if you’re in the market. Ford really went above and beyond on their refresh of the Explorers!
Bozard is hands down the best dealership. With the amazing team work from Tom R, Pat R, Brandon and Travis C they got me in quickly and took great care of all of my vehicle needs and kept me up to date almost daily. I cannot say enough about how great this dealership is. They pride themselves on customer service and that really shines through at every point when buying a vehicle here. As a college student it was important to me to find a vehicle at an affordable price at a reputable dealer. Bozard exceeded my expectations as Travis was extremely transparent, hospitable, and understanding. Upon arrival I was told there were a couple very minor issues that needed to be fixed and that they would take care of it. After purchasing my car Bailey called the very next day to schedule an appointment for repairs. She was very pleasant to speak to. Not only do they pride themselves on customer service but quality as well! The transaction was incredibly smooth thanks to Ricky as he did everything with a smile. They worked quickly before I arrived to make sure the vehicle and paper work were ready to go. I’ve never only been at a dealership for just an hour. I am so in love with my 2018 Passat that had everything I was looking for and the wonderful experience. I will be coming back!

This is our 4th vehicle purchased or leased through Bozard Ford by our family. First three were great, sales and service is always top-notch. This F150 has been a challenge for all parties involved. We had it for 10 days when the SYNC system went on the fritz. After many days and weeks of the Bozard team and Ford Engineering trying to figure out the issue, all issues were resolved and we are back on the road. Of note are Matthew Norris and Travis C. Travis kept me in the loop(for better or worse) on a daily basis. Matthew Norris reached out once we had reached the end of our patience on this matter and offered to resolve it any way possible. After all is said and done, I must say that the technician and foreman that worked on the truck did a good job(I am very picky on factory fit and finish after repairs) and Matt made things right not only by his communication but also by keeping his promises. Long story short: Bozard did right by us when a brand new truck wasn’t up to Ford’s normally high quality.
(This is a Long review) Travis C in the Service Dept is a pleasure to work with! I brought my F150 here for a transmission repair after trying a local Ford Dealer where I live (Autonation Ford in Jacksonville) which was the worst experience ever! Since I purchased my truck at Bozard I took it all the way down to them to fix instead. Travis kept me updated to the hour as the mechanic diagnosed my issue to confirm the part I suspected was broken, to the options regarding parts availability, to parts shipped to them, to arrived, to repair completed. All during the crazy Christmas timeframe. Along with the amazing sales experience when I first got my truck, this solidified my decision to only auto shop at Bozard from now on, no matter where I live.
