My salesman Tyler A. went above and beyond. He helped me place an order on my new Maverick back in October. It was a smooth process. Ford had delays on production, so he got me into a different one and when mine was ready he organized the easy trade in. Tyler was professional and also paid for my window tint "he didn't have to" it was much appreciated. He is also very knowledgeable with the Ford Apps and tech. Highly recommend Bozard and the overall experience was good.

I had a great experience at dealership with my purchase . So far is the best. I went to see 2015 Honda Civic for my grandson's first car purchase. Yes, my grandson was thrilled with this car. I bought a Ford Maverick used with 8k miles on Dec 31 2022 on it from here my salesmen was Tyler Anderson he was very professional and upfront on everything he knew we were driving from about 2 hrs away and made sure the vehicle was ready when we got there .I don't remember the finance manager we worked with but he also was very nice and was not being shady trying to add in things was just straight up honest even down to my odds of getting a better rate through Ford fiance than what I had been pre-approved with the vehicle was very loaded for how little they were asking would gladly send others there very accommodating

Over the summer I went to look at a Bronco and had the worst experience with a saleswoman that has been there for awhile. So when I found a car on line that I liked and it said located at Bozart I was not a fan thinking all the sales people would be the same as the first nightmare visit BUT I was wrong. ... You got to deal with Tyler he maybe young but don't let that fool you. I am 60 and totally enjoyed my entire visit from test drive to purchase! He is kind, caring and will to insure you arr happy. We had their mobile service come out to our home to do an oil change on our vehicle and the technicians Tyler and Harley were amazing! They did a great job and were so kind and professional. 2024 - Back for another truck. Still a friendly and honest dealership to work with! Love my new truck and happy with my deal 2021- Had the best new truck purchase experience at this dealership. Fair deal. Everything shown on the website and Discussed prior to me coming in was accurate and upheld. There were no surprises in the final numbers and no high pressure to add Additional cost. I just can’t believe how easy the process was. The process was so much faster than I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Tyler was an awesome sales rep - Answered my questions and went over everything thoroughly . I worked with just two people - there was no ganging up approach like I’ve experienced at other dealers: I went in Anxious and prepared to be told different numbers but That didn't happen, I left Knowing I have found my dealership for all future car needs. I also visited the service department to talk about some accessories. Everyone was helpful there as well. I will be checking them out when it’s time to service my new truck. I get the sense that people enjoy their jobs here so it makes it a good environment. Also… I love my truck!!
