As someone who worked in the car industry and sold vehicles myself, I understand the car buying process is one that can sometimes be uncomfortable and unenjoyable. However, Tyler Andersen in Sales and Brian in finance made my truck buying experience quick, painless, informative and an overall enjoyable moment. From the jump they were extremely transparent on their process, numbers and their goal to help me get the deal I was looking for. They offered me a very fair amount for my trade in and I drove off the lot in my new (to me) Duramax grinning from ear to ear. I will be coming back to see these guys in the future when it's time to upgrade my wife. Don't hesitate to go see Tyler down at Bozard if you're in need of a new or great used vehicle!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me through the entire process without feeling pressured. The dealership had a good selection of vehicles, and I was able to find the model I wanted with the features I was looking for. They were transparent about pricing, and I appreciated their willingness to answer all my questions. Overall, I would recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Bozard and had Tyler as a sales associate. He was friendly, courteous, and patient with us. He walked us through many different versions of the vehicle we were looking at and answered all of our questions. Wonderful experience with Bozard Ford. Equitable deal on vehicle I traded in. Tyler Dotson, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Had some "hiccups" along the way but Bozard staff took care of everything in a customer first manner. Lately had at home service call by Dionte who was polite, efficient, and diagnosed the problem. Would recommend Bozard Ford to anyone.

Tyler Andersen at Bozard made the process of buying my new f150 as painless as possible. After dealing with numerous other dealerships with their games and sleezeyness, Tyler was a breath of fresh air. He communicated with me through text, was quick to respond, helpful, and even covered the delivery of the vehicle to my home 130+ miles from the dealership. 5/5 would recommend Bozard- ask for Tyler!

2024 - Back for another truck. Still a friendly and honest dealership to work with! Love my new truck and happy with my deal 2021- Had the best new truck purchase experience at this dealership. Fair deal. Everything shown on the website and Discussed prior to me coming in was accurate and upheld. There were no surprises in the final numbers and no high pressure to add Additional cost. I just can’t believe how easy the process was. The process was so much faster than I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Tyler was an awesome sales rep - Answered my questions and went over everything thoroughly . I worked with just two people - there was no ganging up approach like I’ve experienced at other dealers: I went in Anxious and prepared to be told different numbers but That didn't happen, I left Knowing I have found my dealership for all future car needs. I also visited the service department to talk about some accessories. Everyone was helpful there as well. I will be checking them out when it’s time to service my new truck. I get the sense that people enjoy their jobs here so it makes it a good environment. Also… I love my truck!!
