Tyler Anderson went above and beyond to secure our business. From the first phone call I could tell that he was listening to our needs. We came in thinking about one type of vehicle and left with a different, certainly PERFECT, one. Tyler's patience and knowledge of inventory made the selection so much reasonable. Wonderful experience with Bozard Ford. Equitable deal on vehicle I traded in. Tyler Dotson, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Had some "hiccups" along the way but Bozard staff took care of everything in a customer first manner. Lately had at home service call by Dionte who was polite, efficient, and diagnosed the problem. Over the summer I went to look at a Bronco and had the worst experience with a saleswoman that has been there for awhile. So when I found a car on line that I liked and it said located at Bozart I was not a fan thinking all the sales people would be the same as the first nightmare visit BUT I was wrong. ...
