My Brother from Michigan had flown down to help me search for a car. We came to Bozard late on Friday evening and Collin Weinhaus was our first contact. He is absolutely the BEST Salesman I have ever dealt with, by far! (I am 72 yrs old). He is an exceptional young man & he represented your dealership perfectly! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and seeing it was so late, we told him we would be back on Saturday to check it out. I let him know we would be there a bit later and he stated that he already had it ready & prepped for our arrival! Seeing it in the daytime was GREAT! This dealership is the real deal. The way our own business operates, we care VERY much about the satisfaction of our own customers and we greatly appreciate when we are met with the same level of integrity and service. We located a Ford Maverick for one of our daily commute workhorses and they cut us a deal on it. Zach Thoresen was our sales person. We stopped by to look at the truck to get a feel for it. We were still a little reluctant to move to a compact truck when our entire fleet is full size. There were no pushy remarks or gestures made, even after leaving for the evening to sleep on it. We were impressed by the warranty and the average MPGs and decided to give it a shot. When we returned the next day, Zach and his business manager had us written up prior to arrival and taking delivery of the truck was less than 10 minutes. Fast forward a day; the truck started to smell like fuel. I reached out to Zach to inform him of the situation and WITHOUT question, sent one of their mobile mechanics up to check it out. The mechanic found the leak in an unusual place (likely due to the hard freeze that we had). Not only did Bozard warranty the part, but Zach had a loaner truck waiting for us. The part arrived and they made the second trip to fix it at our location. The Maverick was repaired in under a week, no questions asked. I would highly recommend Bozard Ford / Lincoln to anyone looking to do business with customer service in mind.

Salesperson Kim and manager Zach were awesome. Both were extremely helpful and personable. Best test drive experience I’ve ever had. Ultimately still on the hunt for a truck but they were great.
Bryan Griggs, Zach, Shane and Logan from Lincoln side were phenomenal. This dealership is super amazing!! Everyone was so nice and Bryan was so patient while we decided what vehicle we wanted to purchase. This dealership is NOT pushy in the least. We spent 2 half days here and no problem walking away the first day. Eventually Bryan came up with a 2021 Lincoln Aviator Black Label (which we are in love with). Then Zach gave us the "best price" and Shane in finance was more than super. Logan was the info tech for Lincoln that told of the in's and out's of this very "tech laden" car! Despite only working there a couple of months, he was a wealth of information. Bryan followed up to make sure we were happy and now we feel like a part of their family. Just can't say enough nice things about these folks.

Zach has been amazing to work with yet again! He worked magic got us back in 2020 when the times of covid were very odd and now got us into a brand new 2023 ford expedition max! He has exceeded all of our standards and takes the time to explain in detail the vehicle as well as answering all of our questions. We feel like family coming to Bozard and this is how customers should be treated!

I think the main reason is because of the friendly staff. This is my 7th vehicle that I have bought from Bozard. I will be totally honest and forthcoming, if they ever get rid of Tom Reinard or Zach Gibbs I will no longer buy a new vehicle as often as I do. Those guys make my buying experience a 5 star event. I found the vehicle I wanted on their on line website, called Tom and he has the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I pulled up to the dealership. The whole event top notch from start to purchase.. Can't say enough good things about Tom and Zach except to let them know they are one of many reasons I shop at Bozard Ford.
